Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative in the United States. No roofing experience is required; we provide 90 days of paid hands-on training and transition you to a 25% uncapped commission plan.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or obtainable within 60 days).
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving your personal sales goals.
