Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction in Leander, TX is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative who will act as a trusted advisor and project manager from inspection to completion. You will build relationships with homeowners, educate them on roofing options, and guide them through the insurance restoration process.

No roofing experience is required; we provide 90 days of paid training and transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan with earning potential of six figures for motivated reps.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
• Excellent communication with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
