No roofing sales experience is required; we provide 90 days of paid training. After training, transition to a 25% uncapped commission structure with first-year earnings potential of $100,000–$150,000 for motivated individuals who apply themselves.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

• Educate customers on the insurance restoration and roofing process.
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions.
• Manage customer relationships from contract signing through project completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their projects.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
