Job summary

Roofing Talent America (RTA) is expanding its Lincoln, Nebraska sales presence. The role focuses on converting company-generated leads, inspecting and estimating jobs, and closing deals for roofing and exterior projects.

Based in Lincoln with a dedicated territory, you will build referrals and self-sourced business atop the existing lead flow, handling retail and insurance-claim sales end-to-end and serving as the customer contact through production handoff.

Qualifications

• A proven closing record in face-to-face, in-home or relationship-led sales.
• Willingness to generate business alongside company leads; self-starting.
• Roofing or exterior experience preferred, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lincoln and southeast Nebraska sales territory.
• Convert company-generated leads: inspect, estimate, present, close.
• Build referral and self-generated business on top of the lead flow.
• Run retail and insurance-claim sales end to end, from first inspection to signed work order.
• Hand sold jobs to production cleanly and stay the customer's point of contact.
