Honest Abe Roofing is seeking a driven Residential Roofing Sales Pro to meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close high-value residential roofing projects.

This role includes company-generated leads, paid training, a company vehicle, and uncapped commissions. You’ll work scheduled appointments, follow a proven process, and educate homeowners to help them decide confidently.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• In-home sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Willingness to learn roofing, products, pricing, and process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening, if required.

Mansioni

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Inspect roofs and identify repair or replacement needs.
• Present roofing solutions and project estimates.
• Educate homeowners on their options.
• Follow the Honest Abe Roofing sales process.
• Manage follow-up through the CRM.
• Coordinate with production after the sale.
• Represent the brand professionally in the field.
• Work some evenings and Saturdays as needed.
