Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD in Lincoln, NE seeks a Residential Roofing Sales Representative to own the Lincoln and southeast Nebraska territory. Lead flow is provided by a brand built over 25 years, with a 4% commission on every sale and a base salary.

You’ll manage retail and insurance-claim sales from inspection to signed work order. Company-provided truck, healthcare, 401(k) and PTO accompany the base compensation, plus established product lines from mid-range reroofs to high-value solar roof

Qualifications

• Proven closing record in face-to-face, in-home or relationship-led sales.
• Self-discipline to generate alongside company leads, not just work the pipeline you’re handed.
• Willingness to learn roof inspection, estimating and the insurance claim process (roofing or exterior experience preferred).
• Based in or relocating to the Lincoln area.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lincoln and southeast Nebraska sales territory.
• Convert company-generated leads: inspect, estimate, present, close.
• Build referral and self-generated business on top of the lead flow.
• Run retail and insurance-claim sales end to end, from first inspection to signed work order.
• Hand sold jobs to production cleanly and stay the customer’s point of contact.

Sell Roofs Across Lincoln on Company Leads and 4% Commission

Four percent commission on every job you sell, paid on top of your base.

Leads come to you. The brand has been on Lincoln roofs for 25 years, so homeowners call before you knock.

Most residential jobs run $12,500 to $24,000. Tesla Solar Roof projects average around $350,000, and the largest have passed $850,000.

Referral and self-generated business is yours to build on top of the lead flow.

About the Business

An established residential roofing and exterior contractor with more than two decades in the market and branches across several states. Work is predominantly residential: reroofing, storm restoration, insurance claims, retail roof replacement, repair and service, gutters, solar panels and battery storage.

Commercial roofing, TPO, EPDM, PVC and restorative coatings is offered but secondary, and new construction is minimal.

The company was family-built and is still family-operated day to day, with an external investment partner now funding multi-state expansion. Sales teams are branch-based, supported by production, administration, branch management and operations leadership.

The Nebraska sales team is small and growing, with further expansion planned across the wider region. This territory covers Lincoln and the surrounding southeast Nebraska communities.
