The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading roofing company to recruit Roofing Sales Representatives for the Lincoln, NE area. You will meet with homeowners, assess roofs, and guide customers through insurance and the sales process in a fast-growing market.

Enjoy uncapped commissions with strong support, paid training, and growth potential. Prior roofing experience is a plus, but training is provided and leads are supplied to accelerate earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or construction is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and generate new business.
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided).
