Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated individuals for a Roofing Sales Representative role in San Antonio, TX. No roofing experience is required—you will be trained and supported as you learn the trade while earning a paycheck from day one.

You’ll start with 90 days of paid, hands-on training and transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan. Realistic first-year earnings are $100,000–$150,000, with top performers earning well over $500,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
