Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated individuals for Roofing Sales Representative roles in the US. No roofing experience required—we provide 90 days of paid hands-on training.

After training, you transition into a 25% uncapped commission plan, with real opportunities to earn $100,000–$150,000 in the first year and $500,000+ for top performers. You will meet homeowners, inspect roofs, educate on solutions, and guide clients through the insurance restoration process while

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving your personal sales goals.
