Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated individuals for Roofing Sales Representative roles in Plano, TX. No roofing experience is required—we’ll teach you everything.

You’ll start with 90 days of paid training, then move into a 25% uncapped commission plan, with earnings potential from six figures to over half a million for top performers. Meet homeowners, assess needs, educate on solutions, and guide clients through insurance restoration while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• No roofing or sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving personal sales goals.
