This role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to independently drive a thriving sales pipeline in a field-based environment.

New hires participate in 90 days of paid training, transition to a 25% uncapped commission, and have the potential to earn $100,000–$150,000 in the first year with no cap on earnings.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and discuss roofing solutions.
• Educate customers on insurance restoration and roofing processes.
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions.
• Manage customer relationships from contract signing through project completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their projects.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
