Job summary

IBC Roofing LLC is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to drive client acquisition and oversee end-to-end projects in residential and commercial roofing. The role blends customer relationship management, project oversight, and operational coordination in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience encouraged but not required.
• Strong ability to learn sales processes.
• Comfortable with roofing-related tasks, including inspections.
• Proficiency with CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Sales Development: generate, track, and follow up on leads; maintain client database; create outreach plans; conduct phone outreach; explain contracts; assist with insurance claims; advocate for claim approvals.
• Project Oversight & Field Work: conduct on-site roof inspections; review loss reports; participate in build process; monitor material delivery; collect photos for invoicing and production.
• Administrative & CRM Management: input data into CRM; manage contracts, repairs, ITEL samples, and documentation; follow up on leads and collections; keep workspaces organized.
• Core Competencies & Expectations: maintain professionalism, initiate solutions, manage time efficiently, and contribute to team culture.
