Job summary

IBC Roofing LLC is hiring a Territory Sales Project Manager to support end-to-end client experiences for residential and commercial roofing projects. The role blends client relations, project oversight, and operational coordination with a strong focus on new business and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Sales experience encouraged but not required.
• Ability to learn sales processes quickly.
• Comfortable with roofing-related tasks, including inspections and minor repairs.
• Proficiency with CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate, track, and follow up on leads consistently.
• Develop and maintain a detailed client database.
• Create and implement outreach plans to support sales efforts.
• Conduct phone outreach to new and existing clients.
• Explain contracts and scopes of work and resolve client questions.
• Assist customers with the insurance claims process and inspections as determined by management.
• Meet with insurance adjusters at customer sites to advocate for claim approvals.
• Conduct on-site roof inspections, take photos, and upload findings to CRM.
• Review loss reports and help customers sign scopes/contracts.
• Participate in the build process and conduct final quality walk-throughs.
• Monitor material delivery and check product quality as needed.
• Collect completion photos and submit documentation for invoicing.
• Enter customer and prospect information into CRM (e.g., Acculynx).
• Complete paperwork related to contracts, repairs, ITEL samples, and production.
• Follow up on outstanding leads and collections as needed.
• Maintain organized digital and physical workspaces.
