Job summary

IBC Roofing LLC is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to drive new business and manage the customer journey from inspection to completion. You’ll educate homeowners about roofing options, coordinate with production teams, and deliver exceptional service in person in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess homeowner needs.
• Educate customers on roofing solutions and insurance claim processes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Guide homeowners through the entire project lifecycle, from inspection to completion.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the IBC Roofing brand with professionalism.
