What You’ll Do

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field and building relationships. As a Sales Rep, you will:

• Generate leads through canvassing and door‑to‑door outreach
• Build, manage, and follow up on your pipeline of customers
• Oversee roofing projects from initial inspection to completion
• Perform roof inspections (ladder climbing required)
• Provide exceptional customer communication and support
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain professionalism and high‑quality service for every homeowner
• Work a standard 40‑hour week with occasional weekends
