Job summary

Guardian Protection Products in San Diego, CA seeks a WTI Field Resources Supervisor to oversee staffing, training, and profitability for field teams across the region. You will partner with Foreman and Supervisors to optimize manpower and ensure quality and safety on each project.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to manage field crews, control costs, and coordinate with HR and Sales to hire and onboard new personnel. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks.
• Knowledge of roofing-related services and repair work.
• Strong project management, planning, and scheduling experience.
• Experience with budgeting and expense management; ability to monitor profitability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling of Field Reps to maximize profitability.
• Oversee quality control and ensure work is completed to customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage expenses, overtime, and timekeeping for field staff.
• Lead training for Field Reps, including safety and paperwork requirements.
• Communicate with customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal teams on work matters.
• Support HR and Recruiting in hiring and onboarding new personnel.
