Job summary

Tremco is seeking a WTI Field Resources Supervisor to lead field teams across the region. You will coordinate staffing, supervise Field Reps, and ensure pricing and productivity meet profitability targets. This role requires strong leadership and on-site oversight of roofing-related field work.

You'll train staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and maintain clear communication with customers, Sales Reps, and internal departments. Travel to job sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in field operations.
• Experience in roofing and repair work preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting and expense management.
• Ability to travel to various sites as needed.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling of Field Reps across the region to achieve high profitability.
• Oversee QC processes with the QC Specialist and document work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor employee expenses and overtime to maintain profitability targets.
• Train Field Reps through hands-on and classroom sessions per policy.
• Communicate with customers, Sales Reps, Field staff and internal teams on work-related matters.
• Serve as primary point of contact for office personnel on Field Rep issues.
• Ensure Field Reps maintain professional appearance and conduct.
