Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a WTI Field Resources Supervisor in San Diego to lead field resources teams, ensure timely service delivery, and drive profitability. You will coordinate staffing, supervise quality control, and train field reps while collaborating with HR and RBM.

The role requires strong leadership, roofing project experience, and a proactive approach to safety and paperwork. Travel to multiple sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in field teams.
• Experience with roofing projects or field service work.
• Strong project management and scheduling abilities.
• Budget monitoring and expense control.
• Quality control and safety program understanding.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling of Field Reps in the region for profitability.
• Oversee QC processes with QCS and document site results.
• Monitor expenses and overtime to meet profitability targets.
• Handle field questions and discrepancies between reps and sales.
• Communicate with customers, reps, staff, and management on work matters.
• Train Field Reps on services, safety, and paperwork as per policy.
• Review time reports and coordinate with admin to correct discrepancies.
