BlueTeam is a US‑based provider of national disaster recovery, remediation, reconstruction, renovation, and roofing services for commercial properties. Our core business focuses on cleanup and mitigation efforts for recovery from fire damage, roof leaks, flooding, pipe bursts, and post‑disaster remediation due to severe weather. We exclusively serve commercial sectors including hospitality, senior housing, healthcare, commercial offices, municipalities, multifamily living, and institutional markets.
The Roofing Construction Manager’s primary function is to provide operational execution and expertise to their assigned projects from inception through warranty and maintain excellent client relationships to ensure BlueTeam is always the client’s first choice for restoration and reconstruction services.
The Construction Manager will have overall operational and management responsibility in completing the BlueTeam process. The Construction Manager is responsible for communicating with the project team and the client daily to create and deliver exceptional customer service. The Project Manager will also help in directing and communicating the activities of all the assigned job team members. Site visits and scheduled client meetings will require attendance of Project Manager.
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
