Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction practices and building codes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project buyout and scope development with PM.
• Manage subcontractor scope, change orders, and documentation.
• Coordinate with PM, Superintendent, and owner requirements.
• Maintain weekly project updates, logs, and RFIs.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
• Lead and participate in OAC meetings and close-out activities.
• Review submittals, purchase orders, and schedule adherence.
• Use Procore for project documentation and reporting.
