You will handle outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, and book appointments for Sales Reps.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes and book appointments.
• Maintain clean CRM records (ServiceTitan).
• Follow up on unbooked or aged leads.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams.
• Aim to hit KPIs: 85% booking, 250+ calls, 200+ booked estimates monthly.
