Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a driven Home Health Sales Account Executive in Rome, GA to develop referrals and build partnerships with hospitals, clinics and referral sources to grow the Home Health business.

The role requires developing territory plans, meeting with physicians, presenting services, maintaining relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliant, high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Territory experience and success in healthcare sales is required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is preferred for candidate background.
• 2+ years in Healthcare Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates territory plans to meet targets.
• Analyzes territory, sets sales goals and writes the sales plan.
• Develops relationships with referral sources, physicians and facilities.
• Collaborates with hospital and care-network partners to grow referrals.
• Supports promotional activities and campaigns to drive growth.
