Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Home Health Sales Account Executive to join our Atlanta-area team. In this role, you will build and nurture referral networks, drive patient growth, and promote home health services through engaging presentations and community outreach.

The position emphasizes strategic territory planning, collaboration with physicians and hospitals, and cross-team coordination to ensure high-quality patient care across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance providers, and referral processes is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Trella) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to meet and exceed referral and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and managed care organizations.
• Promote home health services through presentations, meetings, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care across the continuum.
• Analyze market trends and referral data to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent PruittHealth at networking events, health fairs, and promotional campaigns.]
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred. OR 2+ years of college/business school with equivalent industry experience.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
