Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Microsoft customers from our Athens office. You will handle inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat and participate in comprehensive training.

Applicants must have Czech at C1/C2 level and strong English, hold an EU passport, and be willing to relocate to Greece. A relocation package and private health insurance are provided, along with two extra salaries per year.

Qualifications

• Czech language proficiency at C1/C2 level for written and spoken communication.
• High level English required for customer interactions.
• Must hold a valid EU passport with right to work in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
