Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Microsoft Technical Support Expert for our Greece-based team. You will provide IT support for Microsoft software and cloud services, diagnosing and resolving complex issues for enterprise and consumer clients.

Native or fluent French required.
Experience in IT support or customer service.
Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical assistance to enterprise and consumer clients regarding Microsoft software suites and cloud infrastructure.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring high-quality resolution in the information technology (IT) sector.
Maintain detailed documentation of technical interactions to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to resolve advanced escalations within the IT environment.
Act as a primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, delivering a premium support experience.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies to provide cutting-edge guidance and support.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases to improve collective problem-solving capabilities within the IT department.
