Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop new roll-off and other commercial business by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.
• Reach sales targets through account management, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Understand customer needs and provide waste solutions that offer value to the customer.
• Use management reports to manage and track pipeline, forecasting, and customer information.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Plan and execute customer visits, presentations, and proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
• Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to stay up to date with industry trends and meet potential clients.
• Continuously improve sales skills through training and keeping up to date on industry advancements.
