Amwaste of Georgia is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to sell large roll off dumpsters for construction and industrial sites in Norcross, GA. You will build relationships with new clients and manage existing accounts, turning waste solutions into business opportunities.

The role features a base salary plus commission and requires strong communication and negotiation skills, plus a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop new Rolloff and other Commercial Business by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.
• Reach sales targets through account management, lead generation, and closing deals
• Focus on building an understanding of customer needs and providing waste solutions that offer value to the customer
• Use Management Reports to manage and track pipeline, forecasting, and customer information
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products and services
• Plan and execute customer visits, presentations, and proposals
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience
• Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to stay up to date with industry trends and meet potential clients
• Continuously improve sales skills through training and keeping up to date on industry advancements
