Waste Management is seeking experienced CDL drivers to transport waste and recyclables to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities. You will operate front, side, or rear-load trucks and perform pre-trip inspections, maintaining safety and road regulations.

You will back up with a strong safety mindset, communicate service interruptions to Dispatch, and help maintain clean customer sites. A CDL-A or CDL-B with air-brake endorsement is required, along with drug screen and physical pass.

Qualifications

• CDL licensed driving in the US; Class A or B with air-brake endorsement.
• Pre-employment requirements including drug screen and physical.
• Able to read, write and speak English well enough for public interaction and reports.
• Maintain safety and comply with DOT and local laws.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy-duty trucks as per WM safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete DVIR.
• Report unsafe situations or service issues to Operations Manager or Dispatch.
• Back up and assist the route manager to improve route efficiency and service.
