WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a heavy-duty truck and manage loading, transporting, and unloading large containers to disposal or recycling facilities and customer sites. The role requires precise backing, navigating tight spaces, and adherence to safety rules.

Key duties include pre/post-trip inspections, reporting unsafe conditions, coordinating with Route Managers, and ensuring proper container placement.

Formación

• Education: Not required.
• 1 year CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.

Responsabilidades

• Operates vehicle in accordance with Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA, and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Reports unsafe situations or service issues to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Attends required trainings and meetings.
• Works with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and practices.
• Notifies Route Manager of incidents or service interruptions.
• Communicates customer requests to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Identifies and reports containers in need of repair or replacement.
• Completes and submits customer tickets as required.
• Positions containers properly on customer property to avoid obstructing driveways.
