Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate heavy-duty trucks, prepare, load, and transport large containers to disposal or recycling sites. The role requires CDL, pre/post-trip inspections, and adherence to safety and DOT rules. Travel on varied routes with potential AT handling and strict safety protocols.

You will work with Route Managers to optimize routes, report incidents, and participate in training programs. Strong attention to safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Not required.
• 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle following safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Conducts pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Reports unsafe conditions to Route Manager or Dispatch promptly.
• Coordinates with Route Managers to improve route efficiency.
• Completes required end-of-day documentation and tickets.
