Job summary

Capital Waste Services LLC is seeking a safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to operate roll-off trucks and move containers between customer locations, transfer stations, recycling facilities, and landfills. You will deliver exceptional customer service while complying with DOT regulations and company safety standards.

The role requires strong driving skills, situational awareness, and the ability to navigate construction sites, industrial facilities, and public roadways.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Valid DOT Medical Card and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical.
• Meet insurability requirements and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Roll-Off truck following DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations.
• Transport waste, recycling, construction debris to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Secure containers and loads prior to transport and ensure correct placement.
