Jobtailor in New Jersey is looking for an ROI Operations Supervisor to manage daily scheduling of 8–20+ ROI Specialists, coordinate with client management, and ensure HIPAA compliance, clinic policies, and regulatory timelines. You will oversee workflow to meet productivity and quality standards and adjust coverage for peaks, leaves, vacancies, and backlogs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, supervisory experience in acute care, and travel up to 50% across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising/leading staff in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling of 8–20+ ROI Specialists to ensure coverage.
• Act as liaison between MRO and client management staff.
• Ensure ROI activities comply with clinic policies, HIPAA, and timelines.
• Manage workflow among on-site employees to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Adjust assignments to cover peak periods, leave, vacancies, backlogs, illness, and vacation.
• Prioritize work to complete ROI functions.
• Provide coverage when medical record staff are unavailable.
• Perform quality assurance monitoring of ROI Specialists.
• Conduct productivity and performance reviews in line with policies.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback and evaluations.
• Monitor and approve paid time off and staff schedules.
• Promote positive customer service with patients, co-workers, and medical center personnel.
• Respond to customer needs positively and efficiently.
• Regular travel to client sites in Long Island, Center City NY, Paterson NJ, Paramus NJ.
