Job summary

MRO is seeking an ROI Specialist to support client sites across the United States. You will review requests, determine records to release under HIPAA, and log information into the ROI On-Line system while providing responsive phone support.

The role requires data entry experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet production goals. Prior ROI or HIM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Data entry and HIPAA compliance experience.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Attention to detail with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review ROI requests and determine records to release per HIPAA guidelines.
• Answer ROI-related phone calls and assist walk-in customers.
• Log and scan medical records into ROI On-Line system.
• Process requests from physician offices on a priority basis and fax information as needed.
• Handle cash payments where required at specified sites.
• Comply with site policies and regulations.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer applications and meet production goals.
