Job summary

Skai is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee client utilization of the Skai platform and drive ROI across paid search. The role emphasizes understanding client goals, delivering training, and providing strategic guidance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other channels.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in client services or technical project management, strong communication skills, and familiarity with AI tools for client prep and documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid search marketing campaign implementation and management experience, including responsive ad formats, shopping, automated cross-channel formats (like AIMax and PMax) and ad extensions
• Extra points for hands-on experience with Retail Media Networks (including Amazon, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel)
• 2+ years of experience in client services and/or technical project management, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfort using AI tools to support client prep, communication, and documentation
• Media Agency and/or Skai or other ad platform experience preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities within the account
• Provide initial and ongoing training so clients can effectively use the Skai platform
• Provide technical support, best practices, and strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• Understand each client's business goals, anticipate future needs, and guide them to Skai capabilities
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and ensure clear ownership
• Use AI to accelerate call prep, summarization, personalization, and documentation
