Skai is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) in Chicago to oversee client utilization of the Skai platform, focusing on Paid Search and driving measurable ROI. You will lead training, provide technical guidance, and partner with internal teams to deliver strategic engagement across channels like Google, Amazon, Meta, and more.

Ideal candidates have consulting experience, strong project management, and a collaborative mindset to read client needs, guide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. required.
• Hands-on paid search campaign management experience across channels.
• 2+ years in client services or technical project management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities within the account.
• Provide initial and ongoing training so clients can effectively use the Skai platform.
• Provide technical support, best practices, and strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Understand client goals and guide them to Skai capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure engagement is clear and actionable.
