Skai in San Francisco is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee client utilization of the Skai platform, with immediate focus on Paid Search. You will drive retention, provide training, and align client goals to Skai capabilities across channels like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and OpenAI.

The role requires a B.A./B.S., 2+ years in client services or PM, strong communication, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Hands-on paid search marketing campaign implementation and management experience, including responsive ad formats, shopping, automated cross-channel formats (AIMax and PMax) and ad extensions.
• Extra points for hands-on experience with Retail Media Networks (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel).
• Paid Search specialty with complementary experience in Retail Media or Paid Social.
• 2+ years of experience in client services and/or technical project management, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities within the account.
• Provide initial and ongoing training so clients can effectively use the Skai platform.
• Provide technical support, best practices, and strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Understand each client's business goals, anticipate future needs, and focus them on Skai capabilities.
