Job summary

Skai is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to oversee client utilization of the Skai platform with an immediate focus on Paid Search. The role combines client-facing leadership with hands-on campaign experience across channels such as Amazon, Google, Meta, and OpenAI (ChatGPT).

You will guide clients to measurable ROI through tailored strategies and proactive communication. The position is hybrid (three days in the office per week) based in Seattle, WA, with opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong project management skills.
• Hands-on paid search marketing experience and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities within the account.
• Provide initial and ongoing training so clients can effectively use the Skai platform.
• Provide technical support, best practices, and strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Understand each client's business goals and guide them to the right Skai capabilities.
• Run structured, proactive communication with clear agendas and documented owners.
