Bell Lumber & Pole Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage customer relationships within the Rocky Mountain region, covering Wyoming, Colorado and western Kansas. This field-based role focuses on developing new business and providing exceptional customer service.

Candidates should have prior sales experience and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. Compensation is tied to experience, with salary range listed and negotiable based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Direct sales experience, ideally in utilities or Rocky Mountain region.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sales goals and strategies.
• Develop new accounts and manage direct relationships.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry meetings.
• Service existing accounts, prepare quotes, obtain orders, and plan daily activities.
• Travel 40–70% of business days; provide weekly activity reports.
• Maintain CRM with sales activities and pipelines.
• Address customer issues with effective resolutions.
• Maintain industry knowledge and professional networks.
