Qualifications

• 3+ years in environment, health and safety disciplines or a master’s degree.
• Experience managing on-site contractors and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Review hazardous operations (hot fire, propellant loading, cryogenics) for safe execution.
• Lead or assist incident investigations and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Develop and implement health and safety policies for multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other agencies at the McGregor site.
• Coordinate contractor EHS onboarding, training, and site orientation.
• Maintain safety plans for fires, spills, and test aborts.
