Job summary

Agile Robots is seeking an Operations Specialist and Coordinator to own the North American service center operations, including logistics, inventory, ERP, and vendor management. You will collaborate with Munich and worldwide sites, negotiate with carriers, and define demand and inventory strategies.

The role requires 4+ years in ops or logistics, SAP/ERP experience, and strong analytical skills. In the Bay Area, this full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years in operations, logistics, or inventory management with vendor responsibilities.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and strong spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve service center logistics, inventory, ERP, and finance workflows.
• Select, evaluate, and negotiate terms with carriers, brokers, and suppliers.
• Manage demand forecasting and inventory strategy, including stock levels.
• Ensure import/export compliance and resolve shipment/document issues.
• Analyze spend and propose cost-saving actions to leadership.
• Own SAP/ERP data governance across the service center.
• Define and track performance; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Munich HQ and other sites across time zones.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions and resolve exceptions.
• Oversee tool inventory, calibration schedules, and certification tracking.
• Provide hands-on support during peak periods.
