Job summary

Figure, an AI robotics company in San Jose, CA, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse for robots, spare parts, and data equipment. You will own receiving, storage, inspection, kitting, and inventory accuracy, while coordinating with Dispatch to ensure timely deliveries to field sites.

The role requires 4+ years in warehouse or equipment operations, a track record of end-to-end inventory control, and strong organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for robots, spare parts, and data equipment.
Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; manage inventory entries.
Build and stage kits from project manifests; hand off to Dispatch for delivery.
Maintain real-time inventory records by item, condition, and location.
Process returns, document damage or missing items, and route for repair or restock.
Ensure warehouse safety and proper storage of batteries and sensitive gear.
Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff or temporary workers.
Forecast equipment needs with Deployment Logistics Lead to avoid bottlenecks.
Develop and maintain SOPs for receiving, kitting, inspection, and returns.
