Job summary

Agile Robots is expanding its North American team and seeking an Operations Specialist and Coordinator who will own the service center’s logistics, inventory, ERP, and vendor management backbone. You will partner with Munich HQ and nearby sites to optimize costs and service levels, while ensuring compliance and smooth parts flow.

With 4+ years in operations or supply chain, you will lead demand planning, manage vendors and carriers, and own SAP/ERP data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or accounting preferred.
• 4+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management with vendor ownership.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve logistics, inventory, ERP, and finance-support workflows.
• Select, evaluate, and negotiate terms with carriers and vendors end-to-end.
• Manage demand forecasting and inventory strategy; set reorder points.
• Ensure import/export compliance and resolve shipment documentation issues.
• Analyze spend and make budget recommendations to leadership.
• Own SAP/ERP operations and data governance for the service center.
• Define and track performance, driving continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales and SCM teams across time zones in Munich.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions; manage the warehouse.
• Oversee tool inventory, calibration schedules, and certification tracking.
