Job summary

Xynova—The Dexterity API for the Physical World—seeks a results-driven Business Development professional in the Bay Area to expand the robotics customer base. You will own the commercial process from discovery through proposal and purchase, building relationships with robotics companies, research teams and technical partners.

In this role you will identify and qualify applications, coordinate demonstrations with FAE and product teams, manage opportunities through purchasing and follow-up, and

Qualifications

• B2B sales or business-development experience in robotics, automation or technical hardware.
• Ability to understand technical applications and translate them into commercial opportunities.
• Clear communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Organized follow-through and confidence managing an evaluation-led sales process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify customer applications, decision makers and purchasing needs.
• Develop new accounts and manage ongoing customer relationships.
• Coordinate demonstrations and evaluations with the FAE and product teams.
• Prepare commercial proposals and manage opportunities through purchasing and follow-up.
• Keep CRM records and forecasts accurate.
