Job summary

AIxCrypto is seeking a driven salesperson to grow RoboShare’s rental program in the greater Los Angeles market. You will prospect, pitch, quote, close, and own accounts, focusing on both demand and supply for robotic rentals.

This full-cycle role offers base pay in the $17–$22/hour range plus uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings of $65,000–$90,000+ in year one. Weekend/evening shifts during peak season are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales or business development roles.
• Bilingual English / Mandarin strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport equipment.
• Willing to work event-driven hours, including weekends and evenings during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of rental demand across B2B and B2C segments.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, discover use cases, rental duration, and budget; match requests to robot models, merchants, and rates.
• Quote, negotiate, and close within platform pricing and risk guidelines, including contracts and deposits.
• Coordinate delivery, on-site setup, and handover; act as client’s point of contact during rental period.
• Drive repeat business and referrals; convert short-term renters into recurring accounts.
• Provide market signals back to the team on pricing pressure and demand patterns.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and fulfillment in the platform.
