Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Industrial Electrical Technician to operate, maintain, and improve system-controlled robotics, machine tools and equipment in our manufacturing environment.

You will repair electrical aspects of CNC tools and robotics, diagnose and plan work, and install control systems up to 600V. The role requires experience with Fanuc/Siemens PLCs, ladder logic, and safety practices in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing facility technical maintenance preferred.
• Experience with CNC machine tools, PLCs and robotics desirable.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards (NFPA 79, LOTO) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical aspects of CNC machine tools, PLC ladder, VFD motors, and robotics.
• Diagnose problems, plan and complete work, order parts as needed.
• Install, modify, test and repair electrical control systems up to 600V.
• Maintain and modify machine tools, process equipment and facilities.
• Apply knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, instrumentation and sensors.
