GE Vernova is seeking an Industrial Mechanical Technician to operate, maintain, and improve system-controlled robotics, machine tools, and equipment. The role requires analyzing equipment condition, planning repairs, and performing preventive maintenance on complex industrial systems.

Responsibilities include evaluating equipment, ordering parts, and maintaining tools, conveyors, and facilities with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Mechanical Discipline or High School Diploma/GED with Military Machinist Training Course.
• Experience and ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate equipment condition and determine repair/rebuild strategy.
• Own preventative maintenance and perform extensive repairs.
• Diagnose problems, plan and complete required work, order parts as needed.
• Maintain and modify machine tools, conveyors, and process equipment; ensure safe operation and lubrication.
• Apply knowledge of components and devices used in industrial equipment; work with machine tools and measurement devices.
