Job summary

SoftBank Robotics America is seeking a detail‑oriented Receiving / Procurement Coordinator to manage procurement, receiving, and materials coordination across multiple sites. You will oversee purchase orders, supplier communications, and data accuracy, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation to support projects and operations.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Deployment, Project Management, Finance, and Logistics, while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, receiving, materials coordination, inventory, logistics or related field.
• Experience creating/processing/tracking purchase orders with suppliers.
• Knowledge of receiving processes and reconciling deliveries with POs and shipping docs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase requests and POs from request to delivery and closeout.
• Verify deliveries against POs, packing slips, and records; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement, receiving, shipment, and material tracking across systems.
• Communicate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Provide visibility into open POs, backorders, and expected deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate equipment and material needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement and receiving processes.
