Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Sunnyvale or Burlingame seeks a Logistics Project Manager to own the end-to-end PO lifecycle from issuance to final delivery, ensuring materials move quickly with full visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End PO Management: Own and track purchase orders from creation through delivery, ensuring on-time performance and proactive escalation of risks or delays.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, vendors, and Logistics Operations for seamless handoffs and clear communication.
• Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance against delivery commitments, flag issues early, and drive resolution to maintain material flow.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the PO-to-delivery pipeline and implement improvements that accelerate movement and reduce cycle times.
• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead logistics-related projects supporting Robotics program priorities, including new supplier onboarding and warehouse/routing optimization.
• Reporting & Visibility: Maintain dashboards and provide regular status updates on PO health, delivery timelines and milestones.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to protect delivery schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Logistics Project Manager coordinating PO-to-delivery across procurement, external vendors, and logistics operations for the Robotics Program. 5+ years experience in global logistics or operations management.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management; Demonstrated experience managing purchase orders and/or procurement workflows end-to-end; Experience in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing logistics environments; Experience with customs/import-export processes for hardware components

Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Project Manager to support Meta's Robotics organization. In addition to PO management, this role will lead strategic logistics projects aligned to the evolving needs of the Robotics program.
