Job summary

SoftBank Robotics America (SBRA) is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner to support planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across automated systems and assets. The role connects maintenance, operations, engineering, procurement, and vendors to ensure work is properly scoped and ready for execution.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in maintenance planning or related technical environment.
• Experience planning preventive and corrective maintenance for technical equipment.
• Hands-on experience using CMMS/EAM or similar platforms.
• Strong fundamentals in work-order planning, PM scheduling, backlog management, and parts coordination.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, drawings, schematics, or similar technical information.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent Excel and data-management skills, and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop execution-ready work plans with scope, labor, materials, tools, and safety requirements.
• Review work requests and prioritize based on safety and priorities.
• Maintain short- and long-term maintenance schedules and coordinate downtime.
• Track work orders and adjust plans based on equipment needs.
• Maintain CMMS records, PM schedules, and reporting dashboards.
