Job summary

CBRE is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems throughout the facility, ensuring reliability and safety.

The role emphasizes following safety procedures, documenting maintenance, and collaborating with the operations team to keep client operations running smoothly. CBRE offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Build positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
